What we check and where.
Profiles are cut to the fabrication drawings, with the cut squareness and length tolerance controlled at this stage.
Outer frame, sub-frame, screen sash and glazed sash are laser welded into a single frame body on the welded range.
Weld seams are ground and polished so that the surface is smooth and does not trap dust.
Pre-treatment, electrostatic powder spray and oven cure. Each order is coated in one batch for an even colour.
Gaskets, thermal break strips and weather seals are fitted before the frame and sashes are assembled into the finished window.
Sealing, operation and appearance are inspected before packing, and protective film is applied for transit and site handling.
Written into every order confirmation.
Profile series, wall thickness, glazing build-up, hardware, finish and sizes are written down and confirmed before the factory starts.
Our partners check profiles, glass and hardware on arrival and during assembly. We review their records as part of the order follow-up.
Before loading we check dimensions, finish, operation of moving parts and glazing, and send a photo report with any deviation noted.
Frames are corner-protected and stacked to a loading plan; glass and furniture are packed for a sea voyage and for handling at the destination port.
Order number, profile reference and glass build-up are recorded on the packing list, so a later spare-parts order can be matched to the original goods.
Material test data
Our outdoor decking, cladding and batten profiles are extruded from a recycled polymer composite. The producer of that material has had it tested by independent laboratories (Kunststoffinstitut Rosenheim, QAI Laboratories, SRI and Chinese institutes, among others) between 2010 and 2014. The results are summarised below so you can check the material against your own specification.
